Server Ray M helped me out so much. Will I was eating my car battery died with my dog in the car. I was able to put my dog in the gates area in front of the restaurant were he was given pets and water and Ray M jump started my car. He was a life saver. The food was great too. The service was quick. My wife really liked the beef and the salmon was delicious. I look that you can make your own sauce too. Great place to go.

Dylan the manager and our waiter Ray M were very attentive and very polite and friendly towards me and my wife. Dylan runs a tight ship in this restaurant all of his crew are amazing and hard working and you can see the difference when walking into this place we had a wonderful dinner and drinks which the manager personally sent me one of his specialty drinks which was awesome not too sour not too sweet not too strong just perfect everyone here knows what theyโre doing and show great work ethic theyโre all very young people but very professional and nice I couldnโt thank them enough for our wonderful dinner the meat and vegetables and soup were all fresh and very flavorful they treat you with the highest hospitality and I will keep coming here itโs been one of my favorite spots but it was very noticeable and Dylan the manager made great changes and his crew seem very happy working under him and everyone was having a great time last night thanks again guys the food was amazing the sauce bar and appetizers are better and better each time

We found a cockroach in the barbecue pan area and when I brought it to the waitresses attention, she acted prompt. She switched our table and she said sheโd let the manager know. The manager never came to our table instead, the waitress came back and said she would give us 30% off as per the manager 30% off because a live cockroach was running around the barbecue pan on the table. At the end, I asked the waitress why the manager never came over to ask us any questions or to see how we were and she responded with she was sorry, but that the manager wasnโt coming over to the table. So we paid and as we walked out, I went up to the manager, and I explained that this was unacceptable and that normally a manager would come over and address the concern instead of sitting behind his desk. I also explained that he probably shouldโve comped the whole bill and not just 30% off for seeing a cockroach on our table. I own a business. I would never have handled the situation as terrible as they did. I understand things happen, but this was disgusting to see on your table and was handled terribly by management. He responded that the owner told him he could only comp us 30%. I donโt care about th

I absolutely love K-Pot! Itโs not just a restaurant itโs a full experience. From the moment you walk in, the energy is fun, cozy, and family-oriented. You order everything right from an iPad, which makes it super easy, and the staff quickly brings out your selections. I really enjoy the sauce bar mixing my own flavors and making the perfect combo adds to the fun of cooking everything just how I like it. The food is amazing every time. I usually go for the Japanese miso soup base, garlic chicken, and definitely the quail eggs my personal favorite! Thereโs a huge variety of meats, veggies, and seafood to choose from, and being able to cook everything yourself makes it taste even better. The vibe is always upbeat, clean, and welcoming, perfect for groups or family dinners. Iโve been to K-Pot several times now (at least five!) and it never disappoints. Between the all-you-can-eat hot pot and BBQ options, friendly staff, and great prices, itโs easily one of my favorite places to eat. As a TikTok & IG foodie and travel content creator ( @TaliyaBFoodieAdventures & @TaliyaBBeauty), this is one spot Iโll always recommend flavorful, interactive, and just an all-around good time every vis
